Ukraine says Russia attacked energy facilities in seven regions

KYIV (Reuters) - Ukraine's energy ministry said on Monday that Russian forces had attacked energy facilities in seven regions in the space of 24 hours, in a statement on the Telegram messaging app.
The statement did not detail the scale of damage at the facilities.
