Ukraine introduces emergency power cuts in every region after Russian attacks
KYIV (Reuters) -Ukraine's state grid operator, Ukrenergo, has introduced emergency power cuts in every region of the country following Russian attacks on the energy system, it said in a statement on Thursday.
