Uber to acquire additional 4.5% stake in Delivery Hero, FT reports

April ‌17 (Reuters) - ​Uber ​has reached an ‌agreement to acquire ⁠an additional 4.5% ‌stake in rival ‌Delivery Hero and will ​buy around 270 ⁠million euros ($318.1 million) of ​Delivery Hero shares at 20 euros ​apiece ‌from the German multinational’s ⁠largest shareholder, Prosus, the ⁠Financial Times reported ​on Friday.
