US sues Connecticut and New Haven over sanctuary policies
WASHINGTON, April 14 (Reuters) - The U.S. Department of Justice on Tuesday said it was suing Connecticut, its governor and the city of New Haven, among others, to challenge sanctuary policies that it said "interfere with the federal government's enforcement of immigration laws".
