US approves potential sale of aircraft support system to UK

(Reuters) -The U.S. State Department has approved the potential sale of C-17 Globemaster III Aircraft Sustainment Support to the United Kingdom for an estimated cost of $861 million, the Pentagon said on Tuesday.
The principal contractor for the sale is Boeing Co.
