US Representative Swalwell to quit Congress amid sexual misconduct allegations

WASHINGTON, ‌April ​13 (Reuters) - ​Democratic ‌U.S. Representative Eric ⁠Swalwell ‌of California ‌said on Monday ​will ⁠resign from his ​seat in Congress amid ​sexual ‌misconduct allegations ⁠that also ⁠upended his ​campaign for governor.
