US Representative Swalwell to quit Congress amid sexual misconduct allegations

WASHINGTON, April 13 (Reuters) - Democratic U.S. Representative Eric Swalwell of California said on Monday will resign from his seat in Congress amid sexual misconduct allegations that also upended his campaign for governor.
