US House passes Republican healthcare bill without subsidy extension

WASHINGTON, Dec 17 (Reuters) - A majority of the U.S. House of Representatives voted on Wednesday to approve Republicans' healthcare legislation that does not include an extension of the Affordable Care Act subsidy.
