UK defence minister Healey: Ukraine should decide when to start Russia negotiations

LONDON (Reuters) - British Defence Secretary John Healey on Wednesday said it was for Ukraine to decide the timing and terms of any negotiations on ending the war with Russia.
"It's the Ukrainians that are doing the fighting. It's for them to decide when to start talking and on what terms," Healey told Sky News.
