UBS shareholders reelect chairman Colm Kelleher with 90% of votes

LUCERNE, Switzerland (Reuters) - UBS shareholders on Thursday reelected Chairman Colm Kelleher with 90% of votes, compared to 96% of votes in 2024.
The voting approval rate for Vice Chairman Lukas Gaehwiler also dropped, to 89.5% in 2025 from 98.6% in 2024.
UBS shareholders elected two new board members at the bank's AGM on Thursday, Renata Jungo Bruengger with 78% of votes and Lila Tretikov with 99.4% of votes.
