(Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court on Monday rejected a bid by Uber and subsidiary Postmates to revive a challenge to a California law that could force the companies to treat drivers as employees rather than independent contractors who are typically less expensive.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - The use of artificial intelligence could save Morgan Stanley's financial advisers between 10 to 15 hours a week, the bank's CEO Ted Pick told investors at a conference on Monday.
"This is potentially really game-changing," Pick said. The bank's tool to transcribe and enter notes from client meetings into a database could increase advisers' productivity, he said.

WARSAW (Reuters) - Poland will reintroduce a no-go zone at its border with Belarus on Thursday, the deputy interior minister said on Monday, in a move to increase security following the death of a Polish soldier after he was stabbed on the border by migrants.
