BOSTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Department of Energy said on Wednesday it approved Venture Global’s export permit request for its proposed CP2 LNG project in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
The export permit approval is the fifth LNG-related approval from the Department of Energy since President Donald Trump took office and lifted a freeze on new export permits imposed by the previous administration.
