Tripledot buys AppLovin's mobile games portfolio for $800 million
STOCKHOLM (Reuters) -Mobile game developer Tripledot Studios said on Thursday it has agreed to buy marketing platform AppLovin's mobile games studio portfolio for about $800 million in cash and stock.
The deal would allow Tripledot to expand its footprint in markets including the U.S. and Asia.
