Tariffs on Canada, Mexico to start Tuesday, Trump says

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday that 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico will go into effect on Tuesday with reciprocal tariffs starting April 2.
