SoftwareOne reports "disappointing" Q3 results
ZURICH (Reuters) - SoftwareOne Holding sales increased during its third quarter by 1.4%, the company said on Wednesday, adding that discussions about taking it private were progressing but were "challenging".
Group revenues increased to 236.7 million Swiss francs ($268.06 million), while adjusted core operating profit fell 18.3% to 39.2 million francs.
Chief Executive Raphael Erb, who became new CEO earlier this month, said the results were "disappointing".
"While certain regions continued to demonstrate momentum in Q3 2024, our overall performance did not meet expectations," he said.
