Signal messenger blocked in Russia, says Roskomnadzor -Ifax

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's state communications watchdog Roskomnadzor said that Signal, an encrypted messaging app, had been blocked in the country for violating local laws, Interfax news agency reported on Friday.
