(Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin signed decrees on Tuesday appointing all members of the government and planned a late-evening meeting with his new cabinet line-up, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov was quoted as saying by Russian news agencies.
The single announcement on the cabinet took the form of a list of all the appointees without commentary, indicating that Putin had signed the appropriate decrees.

TORONTO (Reuters) - A wildfire burning near Fort Nelson, in rural British Columbia has grown in size but is moving away from the town, offering some relief to residents who were forced to evacuate, a provincial wildfire service said on Tuesday.
Some 3,000 residents had to flee the town after the fire was discovered on May 10, and is believed to be human caused, the agency added.

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Islamic State claimed responsibility on Tuesday for an attack on Monday targeting an army post in northern Iraq which security sources said had killed a commanding officer and four soldiers.
The attack took place between Diyala and Salahuddin provinces, a rural area that remains a hotbed of activity for militant cells years after Iraq declared final victory over the extremist group in 2017.
