Samsung Elec talks break down, union to go on strike

SEOUL, May 20 (Reuters) - The South Korean labour union for employees of Samsung Electronics will go ahead with its planned strike on Thursday after failing to reach a pay deal under the government-mediated talks, the union leader said on Wednesday.
