STMicro starts STM32 microcontroller deliveries in China

March 23 (Reuters) - STMicroelectronics has started delivering its STM32 wafers to customers in China in collaboration with domestic producer Huahong, the European semiconductor giant said on Monday.
STMicro said the first batch of the microcontrollers was fully produced in China and the new STM32 families were planned for local volume production this year.
