WASHINGTON, March 1 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will brief leaders of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives at 4:00 p.m. ET on Monday, according to his public schedule, following joint U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iran.
