BUCHAREST (Reuters) - Romania's constitutional court said on Friday it has postponed a decision on whether to recall or validate the Nov. 24 first round of a presidential election until Dec. 2, one day after a parliamentary ballot this Sunday.
The court has ordered a recount of the 9.46 million votes cast while debating a request made by a defeated conservative candidate to annul the first round of voting.
