WASHINGTON (Reuters) -A federal judge in Massachusetts ruled on Friday that a nationwide injunction he issued in February that blocked President Donald Trump's executive order limiting birthright citizenship should remain in place.

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) -Tesla has told California it would expand operations of a chartered transportation service in the Bay Area, a state regulator said on Friday.
The permit does not allow the company to run vehicles autonomously, the California Public Utilities Commission said.
The update follows a report that Tesla was preparing to roll out robotaxis in the Bay Area with a safety driver as soon as this weekend.

TUNIS (Reuters) -Hundreds of Tunisian activists protested in the capital on Friday against President Kais Saied, denouncing his rule as an "authoritarian regime" that has turned the country into an “open-air prison”.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -U.S. President Donald Trump said on Friday that he would like to maintain the limits on U.S. and Russian strategic nuclear weapons deployments set in the 2010 New START agreement, which expires in February.
