Dec ⁠11 (Reuters) - ⁠A ‍Republican bill ‍to create new ​federal ​subsidies to help Americans fund health insurance ​savings accounts ​rather than extend ‌Affordable Care Act subsidies expiring ​on ⁠December 31 was ‌failing to ‌win enough votes ‌to advance in the U.S. ‍Senate on Thursday.
