(Reuters) - The investment firms that took U.S. power plant operator Calpine Corp private six years ago are exploring options that include a company sale, an initial public offering or a stake divestment at a valuation of about $30 billion, including debt, according to people familiar with the matter.

(Reuters) - Apple will deliver some of its upcoming artificial intelligence features this year through data centers powered by its own in-house chips, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday, as the iPhone maker looks to integrate generative AI in its products.
The company is putting its chips in cloud-computing servers capable of processing advanced AI tasks coming to Apple devices, the report stated, citing people familiar with the matter.

(Reuters) -BP's electric charging unit is keen on buying Tesla's (NASDAQ: TSLA) Supercharging sites in the United States, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday.
BP "is aggressively looking to acquire real estate to scale our network, which is a heightened focus following the recent Tesla announcement," the report quoted Sujay Sharma, CEO of bp pulse Americas, as saying in an interview.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee will hold a May 15 hearing on the federal government's response to the collapse of a Baltimore bridge.
