Philippine annual inflation at 1.7% in September

MANILA (Reuters) -Philippine annual inflation was1.7% in September, above the previous month's 1.5% rate, the statistics agency said on Tuesday.
Economists in a Reuters poll had expected annual inflation to pick up to 2.0% in September.
