Perella Weinberg names two new partners
(Reuters) - Investment bank Perella Weinberg Partners LP said former BofA Merrill Lynch executive Alex Wilmot-Sitwell and former Barclays Capital executive Matthew Smith would join the firm as partners in the advisory business.
Wilmot-Sitwell and Smith will be based in London and work with Dietrich Becker, head of European advisory, and the firm’s European industry group heads to grow its presence in the UK.
