Jan 14 (Reuters) - Paramount Skydance on Wednesday named Dennis Cinelli as its chief financial officer, effective January 15, replacing interim CFO Andrew Warren.
Cinelli most recently worked at artificial intelligence startup Scale AI, where he helped steer growth and an investment from Meta that valued the company at nearly $30 billion.
He previously held several financial roles at GE Ventures and Uber, expanding the ride-hailing firm's North American business and playing a key role in taking the company public.
Warren, who has served as interim CFO since last June, will remain at Paramount as a strategic adviser, the company said.
The announcement comes at a time when Paramount and Netflix have been locked in a heated battle over the latter's $82.7 billion deal for Warner Bros Discovery, its prized film and television studios, and its extensive content library.
