Oscar weakens into tropical storm, NHC says
(Reuters) - Oscar has weakened into a tropical storm from a hurricane and is moving over Eastern Cuba, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Sunday.
The storm was located about 40 miles (65 km) east of Guantanamo Cuba, packing maximum sustained winds of 70 mph (110 kmh).
