Obama to meet with Kerry, deliver statement: White House

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama will to deliver a statement at 11:45 a.m. Eastern Time (1645 GMT) after first meeting with Secretary Of State John Kerry, the White House said in a statement.

Vice President Joe Biden will attend the remarks, as well, it said.
