Nissan, Honda boards both vote to end merger talks, TBS reports

TOKYO (Reuters) - The boards of Nissan and Honda both voted on Thursday to officially end talks to merge the two Japanese automakers, broadcaster TBS reported.
Spokespersons for both companies declined to comment on the report.
