Netflix declines to raise offer for Warner Bros

Feb 26 (Reuters) - Netflix said on Thursday it will not raise its offer for Warner Bros Discovery after the HBO Max owner's board determined that Paramount Skydance's latest proposal was a "Superior Proposal" to the streaming pioneer's existing merger agreement.
