NHC says 20% chance of cyclone for system near Southeastern U.S
(Reuters) -An area of low pressure is forecast to develop along a weakening frontal boundary near Florida and has a 20% chance of developing into a cyclone within the next 48 hours, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Thursday.
"A tropical or subtropical depression could form in this region over the weekend or early next week while the system drifts northward or northeastward," the NHC said in its latest advisory.
