Milton now a post-tropical cyclone, NHC says

(Reuters) - Milton has became a hurricane-force extratropical low, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Thursday.
"Tropical storm conditions and storm surge still occurring over portions of the southeastern U.S. Coast," the Miami-based forecaster said.
