MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said on Tuesday that a wide-ranging courts overhaul is finalized and the popular elections of judges that it prescribes will be carried out, despite the Supreme Court accepting to hear a challenge last week.
"The reform is happening," said Sheinbaum, insisting the challenge to it before the top court will not change that.
