Magnitude 5.7 quake strikes off Japan's Honshu, EMSC says

Dec ⁠10 (Reuters) - ⁠An ‍earthquake of magnitude ‍5.7 struck off the ​east coast ​of Honshu, Japan, on Wednesday, the European Mediterranean ​Seismological Centre said.

The ​quake was at a ‌depth of 31 km, EMSC said. ​It ⁠earlier put the magnitude ‌at 6.5 and depth ‌at 57 km.

There were ‌no immediate reports of damage after ‍the quake.
