LG Display to invest $745 million in OLED display infrastructure

SEOUL, ‌April ​22 (Reuters) - ​South Korea's ‌LG Display said on ⁠Wednesday ‌that it plans ‌to invest 1.1 trillion ​won ($744.94 million) in ⁠building infrastructure for ​organic light-emitting diode, or OLED, displays ​to improve ‌its technological competitiveness.

The ⁠flat-screen maker said ⁠the investment will ​be made from April 2026 to ‌June 2028.
