Kharkiv, Ukraine's second largest city, under missile attack, mayor says
(Reuters) - Ukraine's second largest city, Kharkiv, was coming under a missile attack early on Thursday, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said on Telegram.
He said several explosions had been heard in the city, a frequent target of Russian strikes.
