Kennedy to travel to Texas after second measles-related death, Axios reports

(Reuters) - U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is planning a rushed trip to Texas late on Saturday after information from his department that a second child's death in the state could have been due to measles, Axios reported on Sunday.
