KKR-backed Ascend Asia buys finexis advisory firm in Singapore

SINGAPORE (Reuters) -Private equity firm KKR & Co Inc said on Monday that its Ascend Asia Financial Services Group is acquiring a financial advisory firm called finexis in Singapore.
No financial details were disclosed in the statement on the acquisition of finexis, which was established in 2005 and has a team of over 1,100 financial consultants and staff.
The transaction, made through KKR's Asia Fund IV, is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, KKR said.
