Justice Department says Paramount's Warner deal wouldn't harm competition

June ‌12 (Reuters) - ​The ​United States ‌Justice Department said ⁠on Friday ‌its antitrust division ‌had completed a ​review of Paramount’s ⁠proposed acquisition of ​Warner Bros and determined it ​was ‌not likely to ⁠result in harm ⁠to competition or ​American consumers.
