Joyce weakens to a tropical depression, US NHC says

(Reuters) - Tropical storm Joyce weakened to a tropical depression East-North-East of the Northern Leeward Islands and is expected to become a post-tropical remnant low on Monday, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said in its latest advisory on Sunday.
