Japan's Mitsubishi annual profit down 1%, misses forecasts

TOKYO (Reuters) - Japanese trading house Mitsubishi Corp on Friday posted 950.7 billion yen ($6.54 billion) in net profit for the year ended in March, down 1.4% from a year ago and slightly missing forecasts.
An LSEG poll of analysts had expected Mitsubishi to post 957.1 billion yen in net profit. The company forecasts profit for the year ending next March at 700 billion yen.
