Italy's PM Meloni meets Meta exec to discuss investments

ROME (Reuters) - Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni met Joel Kaplan, the chief global affairs officer of U.S. tech giant Meta, to discuss possible new investments in Italy, Meloni's office said on Thursday.
Meloni and Kaplan talked about artificial intelligence and other aspects of the technological transition, the statement from Meloni's office said.
