Israeli military says it is conducting strikes in Tehran
March 23 (Reuters) - The Israeli military said on Monday it is conducting strikes in Tehran, after U.S. President Donald Trump said the United States and Iran had held talks and that he would postpone any strikes on power plants and energy infrastructure.
