Isaac becomes a hurricane, NHC says
(Reuters) - Isaac has become a hurricane, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Friday.
Hurricane Isaac is packing maximum sustained winds of 75 mph (120 kph), the Miami-based forecaster said.
