Hong Kong to complain to WTO on U.S. tariff decision

HONG KONG (Reuters) - Hong Kong said on Friday it would file a complaint with the World Trade Organisation (WTO) on a U.S. decision to impose 10% tariffs on goods from the Asian financial hub as U.S. President Donald Trump targets Chinese imports.
