WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Vice President Kamala Harris will give a speech on the National Mall on Tuesday as she seeks to sway last-minute voters to her campaign one week before the Nov. 5 U.S. presidential election, a source familiar with her plans said on Wednesday.
Harris will try to draw a sharp contrast between herself and Republican candidate Donald Trump.
