Global steel output fell 3.4 % yr/yr in February, says WorldSteel

March 25 (Reuters) - Global crude steel production in February fell 3.4% from a year earlier to 144.7 million tonnes, World Steel Association data showed on Tuesday.

Crude steel output from China, the world's top producer and consumer of the metal, fell 3.3% to 78.9 million tonnes in February, the data showed.
