German retail sales fall more than expected in January

March ‌2 (Reuters) - ​German ​retail sales ‌fell more than ⁠expected ‌in January, decreasing ‌by 0.9% compared ​to the ⁠previous month, data ​showed on Monday.

Analysts polled by ​Reuters ‌had predicted a ⁠0.2% decrease.

The ⁠federal statistics office ​publishes more details on ‌its website.
