TALLIN (Reuters) -Russian attacks on Kyiv, including on the EU diplomatic mission in the Ukrainian capital, cannot be allowed to go without a response, German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul said on Thursday.
"Last night we once again experienced in a terrible way how Russia attacked and bombed Kyiv, civilians died, children died, and the European Union delegation was also attacked. And that cannot remain without consequences," Wadephul told reporters at a press conference with his Estonian counterpart.
