German industrial output falls unexpectedly in March

May ‌8 (Reuters) - ​German ​industrial ‌production fell unexpectedly ⁠in ‌March, decreasing by ‌0.7% from the ​previous month, ⁠the federal ​statistics office said on Friday.

Analysts ​polled ‌by Reuters ⁠had predicted ⁠a 0.5% rise.
